Our digital board and live streaming facility support simultaneous multi-platform broadcasting to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. For online educators and coaches, the digital board supports screen sharing, live annotation, and structured course recording. Whether you are running a live masterclass or recording a full online course, the technical setup delivers professional results every time.

What Is Included in This Service

Fox Talkx Studio's live streaming and online course recording service is built for educators, trainers, coaches, and brands who need professional-grade output without managing the technical side themselves. Here is what is covered:

  • Multi-platform live streaming. We simultaneously broadcast your session live to YouTube, Instagram Live, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, or any combination of platforms you need. All stream keys are configured in advance. During the session, our operator monitors stream health and resolves any technical issues in real time.
  • Digital board integration. Our high-resolution digital board connects to your presentation, slides, or whiteboard software. You can annotate in real time, switch between slides, display video clips, and share your screen, all while remaining on camera. The board output is composited into the live stream cleanly.
  • Multi-camera recording. Every session is recorded in full using our 4K multi-camera setup. You receive the raw recordings after the session regardless of whether you were streaming live or recording for later release.
  • Studio lighting and audio. Professional studio lighting and broadcast-grade microphones ensure you look and sound authoritative on screen. There are no compromises on quality because you are live.
  • Operator support throughout. A Fox Talkx team member manages the technical side during your session. You focus entirely on your content and audience.
  • Post-session file delivery. After the session, you receive your recorded files in full resolution, ready for editing or immediate upload.
  • Post-production (optional). If you want the recorded course or masterclass edited into structured modules, our podcast editing team can handle that as an add-on service.

Who This Service Is For

This service is specifically built for:

  • Online educators and course creators who are building a structured video course and need a professional-looking recording environment that reflects the quality of their content. Recording in a bedroom or a home office simply does not build the same level of credibility.
  • Coaches and trainers running live masterclasses, bootcamps, or group sessions who want to deliver a polished experience to their audience without managing technical logistics.
  • Corporate training and L&D teams recording internal training modules, compliance content, or product walkthroughs that will be distributed across the company.
  • Brands and marketing teams live streaming product launches, panel discussions, webinars, or town halls to an online audience.
  • Academics and subject matter experts recording structured lectures or explainer content for platforms like Teachable, Thinkific, Udemy, or YouTube.

If your audience is watching you on a screen, the quality of that screen experience reflects on you. This service exists to make sure that reflection is a strong one.

Our Process, Step by Step

  1. Pre-session briefing. You share your session structure with us: topic, slide deck or screen layout, number of speakers, platforms you are streaming to, and any specific requirements for on-screen graphics or lower thirds.
  2. Technical configuration. We configure the stream keys for all platforms, set up the digital board with your presentation, calibrate cameras and audio, and test the stream at least 30 minutes before your start time.
  3. Pre-go-live check. You do a short run-through on camera to check framing, audio levels, and slide transitions. We resolve anything that is off before going live.
  4. Live session. You run your session. Our operator manages the stream, switches camera angles if needed, monitors audio levels, and watches for any platform-side issues.
  5. Post-session delivery. We export your recorded files and share them via Google Drive, One Drive or WeTransfer within 24 hours of the session.
  6. Post-production (if booked). If you have booked editing, we take the recordings into production and deliver your finished course modules or session recording as agreed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What platforms can you stream to simultaneously? We can stream to YouTube, Instagram Live, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, X (formerly Twitter), and any other platform that accepts an RTMP stream key. We regularly handle simultaneous streaming to three to four platforms in a single session.

Can I bring my own slides and presentation? Yes. Share your presentation file with us before the session and we will load it onto the digital board. We support PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and PDF formats. If you want to switch between slides yourself, we can set that up as well.

What if my audience asks questions during the live session? We can display a comment feed from YouTube or Instagram on a secondary monitor facing you so you can see and respond to live questions. Alternatively, we can have a team member read out selected questions at designated points in the session.

Can I record an entire online course across multiple sessions? Absolutely. Many of our clients book a series of sessions across several days or weeks to complete a full course. We maintain your lighting and camera configuration between sessions so the visual quality is consistent across all modules.

Is post-production editing included? Post-production editing is available as an add-on. We can cut the recordings into individual modules, add lower thirds, captions, and an intro and outro, and deliver finished files ready for upload to any course platform.
