Fox Talkx Studio Terms and Conditions

Studio Access and Equipment Fox Talkx Studio provides access to a private, sound-treated podcast recording space for a standard 2-hour session. The studio is equipped with professional-grade microphones, audio interfaces, mixers, headphones, and acoustic treatments. Basic setup assistance is included; however, post-production editing is not part of the session service.

Camera and Setup Preferences Clients may request preferred seating or speaking arrangements, camera angles, framing, and the use of props or on-screen elements. All setup preferences must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late setup requests may not be accommodated. Props or on-screen elements not already available in the studio may incur additional charges.

Booking Timeline Each session is scheduled for a 2-hour duration. Any extension is subject to availability and additional charges.

Fees and Payment Terms The base rental fee for a 2-hour session is ₹8,000 + GST. Additional time is charged at ₹1,000 + GST for the first hour and ₹3,000 + GST for any subsequent hours. Full payment is required upon execution of the agreement. Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon modes. The price remains fixed, even if the client chooses to bring their own equipment. Receipts will be provided upon confirmation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the session will incur a 50% charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written confirmation.

Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to arrive on time and treat the studio and equipment with care. Only the host and guest(s) may enter with footwear; all others must remove their shoes before entering the studio. No food or drink, except water, is permitted in the studio. Unauthorized guests are not allowed. Clients are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests.

Editing Services Fox Talkx Studio offers optional post-production editing services, including professional audio editing (noise reduction, leveling), integration of intro/outro music (provided by the client), thumbnail design, and up to three rounds of revisions per episode. Raw footage with watermark will be shared the same day or the following morning. Editing begins only after receiving exact timestamps from the client.

The standard editing fee is ₹4,000 + GST per episode (up to 1 hour). Extended editing is charged at ₹2,000 + GST per additional hour. Reels/shorts are billed separately at ₹700 + GST per reel (up to 60 seconds) or ₹500 + GST per reel for bulk orders (10+ reels). Payments for editing services are due upon final delivery. Additional services will be billed in the final invoice, due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions Three rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are billed at ₹1,000 per round, with a maximum of three extra rounds. Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the draft.

Content Ownership and Responsibility Clients retain full ownership and copyright of all recorded and edited content. Fox Talkx Studio will not use or distribute content without written consent. The client is responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Fox Talkx Studio is not liable for the content, including its subject matter, distribution, publication, or any legal consequences.

Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, business, and personal information. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

Equipment and Studio Policy The pricing remains non-negotiable even if the client brings personal equipment. Except for the host and guest, all others must remove footwear outside the studio.

Prohibited Conduct Fox Talkx Studio strictly prohibits any anti-national conversation or activities within its premises. Harassment of any kind towards studio staff or other individuals is not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Limitation of Liability Fox Talkx Studio shall not be liable for data loss, missed recordings, or disruptions due to technical faults or events beyond control such as acts of God, power outages, or natural disasters. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Acceptance By entering into an agreement with Fox Talkx Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
