When you book the Fox Talkx Studio, you are not renting a room with some gear in it. You are walking into a fully prepared recording environment with a team that has already set it up for your specific session. Here is everything that comes with every booking:

• Full studio access. The entire studio is yours for the duration of your booking. No shared spaces, no other clients recording at the same time.
• Pre-session setup. Our team arrives before you do. By the time you walk in, cameras are rigged and focused, microphones are positioned and tested, lighting is set, and audio levels are calibrated.
• Full HD (1080p) camera configuration. We run a minimum of two to three camera angles for every podcast recording - wide shot, medium shot, and a guest close-up. This gives your editor (or our team, if you book editing) plenty to work with for a dynamic, professional video episode.
• Broadcast-grade lighting. Soft, flattering, well-balanced studio lighting designed to make every host and guest look polished on screen. No harsh shadows, no blown-out backgrounds.
• Professional microphones. Rode microphones on broadcast arms, positioned correctly for each speaker and monitored through a professional mixer.
• High-resolution digital board. Available for sessions that involve presentations, screen sharing, visual explainers, or any content that benefits from an on-screen display behind the host.
• Operator support. A Fox Talkx team member is present throughout your session to manage the technical side. If a microphone drops, a camera needs adjusting, or anything else comes up, you do not have to deal with it yourself.
• Raw file handover. At the end of your session, all recorded files are transferred to you via Google Drive, One Drive or a physical drive. You own everything that was recorded.

How the Booking and Recording Process Works

1. Enquire and book. Contact us via our website, WhatsApp, or email. We check availability, confirm your session date and time, and send a booking confirmation once payment is received.
2. Pre-session brief. A day or two before your recording, we send a short brief form. You tell us: number of hosts and guests, episode format, whether you need the digital board, any specific camera angles or set preferences, and whether you want post-production editing.
3. Arrival. Arrive at Remi Bizcourt, Near Yash Raj Films, Andheri West. The studio is set up and ready. We do a quick five-minute sound check and framing check when you arrive, and then you are recording.
4. Recording session. You record your episode. Our operator manages all technical aspects throughout. If you want to pause, re-record a segment, or adjust something mid-session, just say so.
5. File handover. Once recording is complete, we transfer your raw files. If you have booked our editing service, you do not need to do anything else. If you are editing elsewhere, you receive everything you need.
6. Post-production (optional). Our editing team can take your raw recording and deliver a finished, platform-ready episode with all the post-production work included. Ask about this when you book.

Studio rental starts at Rs. 8,000 for a two-hour session. Half-day (four-hour) and full-day (eight-hour) packages are available at reduced per-hour rates. Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance do I need to book? We recommend booking at least three to four days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For weekends and popular weekday slots, a week's notice is advisable. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible - call us and we will check.

How many guests can the studio accommodate? The studio comfortably accommodates up to four people on camera at once. If your episode has more participants, contact us in advance and we will discuss options.

Can I bring my own microphone or equipment? You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer a specific microphone or have your own setup. Let us know in advance so we can test compatibility with our signal chain before the session begins.

Is parking available? The studio is located at Remi Bizcourt, Andheri West, close to Yash Raj Films. Parking is available in the area. Let us know if you need specific directions and we will help.

Can I book the studio just for audio recording, without video? Yes. If you are producing an audio-only podcast, you still benefit from our soundproofed room and broadcast-grade microphone setup. The rate is the same since the studio and operator support are the same regardless of format.

What is your cancellation policy? Once a booking is confirmed by the studio, cancellations and refunds will not be possible. If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance and we will try our best to accommodate subject to availability.
