We assess your room's dimensions, surfaces, and ambient noise profile before recommending and installing acoustic panels, bass traps, and any structural soundproofing that the space requires. The goal is a room that sounds controlled and professional on a microphone without feeling like a padded cell.
  • Camera system installation. We source and install the right cameras for your format - whether that is a single-camera talking-head setup or a multi-angle podcast configuration. All cameras are rigged, focused, and calibrated before handover.
  • Broadcast-grade lighting. Lighting is designed for your specific set layout. We install key lights, fill lights, and background lighting with proper colour temperature and dimmer controls so you can adjust for different recording scenarios without calling us each time.
  • Professional microphone setup. Boom arms, microphone positions, and acoustic shields are configured for the number of regular hosts and guests your show accommodates.

  3. Equipment procurement. We source all equipment through trusted suppliers, giving you access to professional-grade gear at trade pricing. You do not have to deal with multiple vendors.
  4. Acoustic treatment installation. Panels and soundproofing are installed first, before any technical equipment goes in.
  5. Technical installation. Cameras, lights, microphones, mixers, monitors, and all cabling are installed and routed.
  6. Calibration and testing. Every piece of equipment is tested under recording conditions. We record a full test session and review the output before declaring the build complete.
  7. Set styling. Backdrop, furniture, and any branded set elements are placed and adjusted to look great on camera.

For audio, we use Rode, Shure, and Sennheiser microphones paired with Focusrite or Zoom audio interfaces and Yamaha or Mackie mixers. Lighting is typically Godox or Aputure. How long does a full studio setup take? A standard home studio setup takes upto seven days of on-site work. Larger commercial builds with extensive acoustic treatment can take upto 10 days. We agree on a timeline before the project begins.

Do you work outside of Mumbai? Our primary service area is Mumbai, but we have taken on setup projects in Pune and other cities for the right brief. Contact us and we will let you know based on availability.

Can I supply my own equipment? Yes. If you have already purchased specific equipment, we can assess it and incorporate it into the build. We will be upfront if something does not meet the standard we would recommend.

What happens if something stops working after handover? We offer a 30-day post-installation support period. If anything that we installed fails or behaves unexpectedly within that window, we come back and resolve it at no additional cost.
